We choose to have your order delivered as safely as possible, so that damage is prevented. For each order, the most suitable shipping method and carrier are chosen. During the ordering process you will see which transport method is available for your order.
All our products are delivered by reputable carriers.
We usually deliver packages with UPS.
We usually deliver (mini) pallets with TNT.
We calculate that for you during the ordering process. While ordering, you will get an idea of the delivery costs.
The price of the delivery depends on the type of product you order and the location where you wish to receive your order.
We choose to have your order delivered as safely as possible, so that damage is prevented. Sending a light package is cheaper than sending a heavier package on a (mini) pallet.
NOTE:
Because we mainly serve companies with larger shipments, 'business' routes have been agreed in the contracts with our carriers. Private addresses are excluded from this, for which the carriers charge us extra costs. Therefore, there is a higher shipping amount on the order for private orders.
We will ship your order as soon as it is fully ready. The expected delivery time is indicated per item in our webshop. The delivery time is therefore determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
After shipments have left our premises you will receive an email with the option to track your shipment via track & trace.
We focus primarily on the business market and therefore only deliver on workdays.
Weekend and evening delivery are not possible
If you need an order urgently, you can indicate this in our webshop during the ordering process.
You then choose the option 'Urgent delivery with courier service'.
If you choose this shipping option, your order will be converted into a quote request. Based on this, our Sales department will check the available quantities. You will then receive the quote back by email or Sales will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Minimum order value €100
Courier costs based on €1.75 per/km one way + €25 call-out costs.
If you would like to collect an order from our warehouse in Rijen, you can indicate this in our webshop during the ordering process.
Note: when you order as a 'business' customer, this option is available in the ordering process, for 'consumers' this option is not available.

Due to prioritizing this order over the normal process, we will charge a fee for collection from our location.
Sending an order 'Blind' to your own customer is possible.
If you choose a 'different delivery address' and also enter a different company name as recipient, we will in principle already assume this. In the comments field this can be mentioned again for clarity.
SpareIT.nl will then not send its own packing slips with a 'Blind shipment'
